First Glance
As long as his mouth is shut, Felix seems like a normal enough, if a bit off-putting adventuring type. Clothing and armor tend to signal a well-battled sort, but under it all, he's pretty thin. Accent is fairly non-descript and nothing in his mannerisms reads well of his home. Parties of interest might receive a hazy gaze of interest.
One might mistake him for attractive company. If he can keep quiet, he might at least be arm candy.
Hazy orange-ish eyes seemingly focus on nothing.
Sharpened teeth, suited for biting annoyance. He is just a Hyur though...
Longer Company
Unfortunately for everyone, he's probably started talking by now. At times, it can be a dull, annoyed voice, but on occasion, he tends to fly into wild threats and challenging tones. With every rising there's a falling, wherein Felix seems transfixed on nothing, or near half-asleep. What energy level he'll be at is completely beyond human control--even his own.
Rarely if ever seen fighting Enshrouded with his voidsent company.
His pact asks him to keep a particular balance of fed aether to the voidsent--one he spends most of his time filling with large amounts of food. Typically.
Will lie and steal sooner than he will pay for anything.

His family hails from the Lapis Manalis area, but he personally has been flying the Garlean territories for a time with a small pilfered Garlean airship.
No 3rd Eye or any other quickly clockable "Garlean" elements other than his blood and definitely-not-farmer training.
Might be seen as a pest to others with voidsent pacts as he may attack or hunt them simply for the thrill of it.
Hooks
Hunts reapers with voidsent pacts and loose voidsent for sport. Or family duty? He doesn't even know anymore.
Cranky guy ruining the vibe at the party? It's him.
He's not all that particular about how he gets coin. Fight a guy? Sure. Tend your bar? Sure.
There is absolutely something wrong with him and some minor thing may set him off into action or flight.
A guy who may or may not have crashed a stolen Garlean airship into the Ishgardian mountains somewhere...
